I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been working in the field for 3 years. I work with a wide range of clients struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, substance abuse, and relational issues. I use evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience working in out-patient therapy and home-based services.
