Compass Counseling of Northwest Indiana is always looking for provisionally or fully licensed clinicians to join our small, but growing group practice across our two locations. This position is ideal for an LMHC/LCSW who is looking to supplement their income or slowly transition into private practice. 

The therapist will provide counseling services to adults, couples, and adolescents, so a range of clinical experience is preferred. The therapist will also be responsible for diagnosing based on DSM-V-TR criteria, and completing clinical documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
