You are responsible for your insurance policy deductible, co-insurance, co-payments or any remaining balances once your claim is processed for each session.

If you have an out-of-network insurer, we can provide you with a reimbursement form known as a “superbill.” Using this form, you are able to submit your own claims and be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement rates based on your individual policy.

We also accept cash or credit card payments and offer sliding scale, self-pay rates based on household income.
