Insurance & Payment Options

INSURANCE & PAYMENT OPTIONS

We are in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare.

You are responsible for your insurance policy deductible, co-insurance, co-payments or any remaining balances once your claim is processed for each session.

If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, we are happy to submit claims on your behalf while collecting our full self-pay rate at the time of service. When we submit the claim, we will request that your insurance provider reimburse you directly based on your policy’s out-of-network coverage. Please note that until your out-of-network deductible is met, your insurance will likely assign full financial responsibility to you.

If/when your deductible is met, your insurance may begin reimbursing you directly for a portion of the fees you have paid. The reimbursement amount is based on your insurer’s allowed rate.
 

We do not verify out-of-network benefits upfront, as insurance companies often do not disclose their exact reimbursement rates before a deductible is met. If you would like to submit claims yourself, we can provide a reimbursement form, or superbill, upon request.

We also accept cash or credit card payments and offer sliding scale, self-pay rates based on household income.
