Change is possible. You can make it happen and I would like to help you take that journey.
My experiences have allowed me to work with children, adults, couples and families. Some have experienced mental illness such as depression, anxiety or mood disorders. Others have struggled with addiction, grief, or difficult conflicts in their relationships. All have thought about change and have taken one or more steps towards that change.

I will focus on creating an empathetic and open environment where you can feel safe and in command of your own pathways. I am open for new clients and urge you to give me a call.
