Using a compassionate, tailored approach for couples and for individuals, helping you explore the different “parts” of yourself-past, present, and future-digging into what’s causing problems and finding real solutions and lasting change.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or heavy. My sessions are down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on giving you practical tools to feel better now all while building a stronger future step by step. Having less stress, more connection, and a relationship that feels like home aren’t out of reach and can start with just a few therapy sessions.
